No one expects help → leads to repeated issues & costs

Story of two customers with same problem, both have: A broken timing belt in a car.
When the timing belt breaks, the engine's pistons and valves collide because they are no longer synchronized. This damages the pistons, valves, and even the cylinder head.
- CUSTOMER A went to Mechanic Bob
Replaced the timing belt and good to go.
After a while, the customer came back.
The mechanic found out the pistons needed to be replaced.
After some time, the customer came back again.
The mechanic found out the valves needed to be replaced.
This type of help:
Annoy you.
Disrupt your calendar.
Cost you more money and time.
- CUSTOMER B went to Mechanic Ron.
The mechanic did a deep dive.
Replaced the timing belt, pistons, and valves all at once.
This type of help:
Visit once and for all
Spend less time and money.
Gives you peace of mind.
The difference is in:

The same problems exist in the business world when solving challenges, creating value, and innovating.
