What unleashes your values?

Design unleashes human values for me.

This is why I left the traditional consulting field.

It's not that I didn't have values, but when you work for a corporation, things feel different.

95% of the focus is on material assets:

How much money you bring in
How many clients you get
How well you satisfy them

Even if the client asked you to dance—as long as the "client is satisfied."

It completely disregards what I should truly deliver as a creative problem solver.

When I first learned about design thinking, it immediately resonated with me.

Why? Because it taught me:

1. Audience needs before business needs.
2. Desirability before profitability.
3. Empathy before pain points.
4. Emotions before logic.

Design doesn’t exclude business goals—it simply treats them as the second part of the equation. And it outperforms traditional business tools as a methodology.

The focus shifts from material to spiritual first—because spiritual assets amplify material success.

Humans reflect their values in what they deliver.

Quality people = Quality products and services.
