There is no real difference between 2025 and 2026.

Except that we’re moving step closer to a new world order.

How close are we? I have no idea.
All i know is that we’re in a highly dynamic period.

Social culture, economics, and politics have yet to take their new shape.

To name a few shifts already underway:

-Disruption in work/doing/building trust in business.
-The fading of diplomacy and the rise of aggression.
-Reshuffle of purpose, impact, and alliances.
-Erosion of trust in large systems

Every major shift is driven by the same pattern:

-People develop a will to challenge the status quo
-That produces new technology, system, structure.
-Which then reshapes skills, culture, power, etc.

Your role is not to wait and see what happens.

Your role is to ask, as an individual, a group, or a business:

1. What new signals are emerging in my domain?
2. Which signals are strong, and which are noise?
3. Which ones matter most right now?
4. What shape do I need to evolve into?

Your immediate plan in 2026. This act is your base to stay relevant.

P.S when is the last time looked up whats changing in your sphere?

I used to, I was fine with it, I plan what books to read and what projects to initiate.

Recently, I am fond of having someone to plan my day journey on my day off. Like where to go for coffee, lunch/dinner out and what event to attend. And a plan to connect with people in one of those planned places.
