Its hard to see the gaps in your business process
When you're inside the jar, you can’t read the label.
In the middle of your business project:
- You run around, fixing unexpected issues
- Figuring out what went wrong.
- Hard to spot mistakes while in the battle.
This brings me to an observation I’ve made:
It's easier to spot others' mistakes than your own.
What if you can spot gaps in your business approach?
I created a short quiz to score how well you:
- Understand your business problems
- And deliver best results.
Having worked with startups, consulting firms, and companies, I’ve observed three key stages that every business should focus on:
1. Problem discovery and understanding
2. Strategy design and value creation
3. Execution and alignment
Revisit how you perform at each stag. To improve product, processes, the customer experience, etc. That you have been desiring to accomplish without wasting time + effort + cost.
A prospect scored medium in all three main stages, which helped them see outside the jar and understand how they perform each stage
Visibility beats the ability to just keep trying.
Do you revisit your business approach?
P.S. I'm building a business strategy tool that uses real-time trends to help companies like yours discover new opportunities and stay ahead—based on your industry, size, and region.
It also provides a clear roadmap, required resources, and actionable steps.
