Then, managed through processes, structures, systems.

CEOs / Executives, are stuck in the administrating phase.

Give first seats to those talk budget, finance, and stocks.

Visionaries, innovators, explorers, builders sit in the back.

If you want to….

- Expand revenue, scale operations, and maximize profits.
- Optimize resources, cut waste, and ensure stability.
- Deliver value, meet needs, and stay competitive.

Then….

1. Looking around to understand new possibilities.
2. Dig deeper, find insights, challenges, and way forward.
3. Create and develop product, service, or solution.
4. Manage, improve what you built to keep it running well.

These are the essential phases of human existence at any scale: personal, business, life, and society.

I keep these traits as part of my creative process in solving, creating, and innovating.

Administer what you have explored, discovered, and built, not what you have inherited. Rinse and repeat.
